Language Training Strategy: bespoke training programme including the organisation, presentation and management of funded language training
The challenge
One of our partners in Milan commissioned us to help organise, present and manage a funded training programme on behalf of one of their clients, a multinational company operating in the commercial air conditioning and refrigeration sector, through Fondimpresa Lombardia.
In order to do this it is essential to have expertise in
- organising and presenting the project to the interprofessional fund that the company is registered with
- managing every aspect of a funded training programme and overseeing it throughout the process
These activities need to be carried out by highly qualified staff with a great deal of experience completing the above-mentioned paperwork, as well as preparing all the supporting documentation, which varies according to the fund in question.
The solution
A dedicated Project Manager set up a team experienced in organising, presenting and managing funded training programmes.
We liaised closely with the client during every stage of the development of the project.
