The challenge
One of our clients in Milan, a company working in the engineering sector on large infrastructure projects, commissioned us to help organise and manage a funded training programme, with the language training delivered by us (having applied for funding from Fondirigenti).
In order to do this it is essential to have expertise in
- organising and managing every aspect of a funded training programme and overseeing it throughout the process
These activities need to be carried out by highly qualified staff with a great deal of experience completing the above-mentioned paperwork, as well as preparing all the supporting documentation, which varies according to the fund in question.
The solution
A dedicated Project Manager set up a team experienced in organising, presenting and managing funded training programmes, before delivering the language training themselves.
We liaised closely with the client during every stage of the development of the project.
