The challenge

We have been commissioned by Italy’s leading online wine producer to localise its internet, e-commerce and social media content in a variety of languages.

The project entails localising a large amount of content within 24 hours. For many digital channels, it is essential to work with fast turnaround times when publishing content online. Information and news published on the internet is instantaneous and has a short life, and delays often result in publishing old information.

Localising texts for the internet involves carefully adapting various types of content based on the needs of the digital channels for which they are intended. Localisation experts draw on their linguistic, cultural, communication, terminological and technical skills.

The aim of this project is to help an online wine producer sell its products by localising information on its premium-quality wines, which have won awards both in Italy and abroad. We are responsible for providing precise descriptions of the wines and communicating the unique nature of the products.

The Solution

A dedicated Project Manager has been tasked with appointing a team of professionals specialising in multimedia localisation in the following languages: French, English, Spanish, German, Swedish, Danish and Finnish.

We work closely with our client, constantly exchanging feedback and any other information to ensure we deliver the highest level of service for this project.
