Our linguistic resources department is in charge of the compilation of glossaries for specific sectors and regular clients, the validation process with each client, and is in charge of managing, archiving and updating them. The use of approved glossaries guarantees that the correct terminology is applied for each and every job and maintains consistency in terminology and coherence in style over time.
Using CAT (Computer-Aided Translation) tools such as SDL Trados and Across software, parts of text translated in previous documents for the same client can be retrieved, thereby optimising the use of repetitive text while maintaining consistency and uniformity over time and reducing the cost of subsequent similar documents.

The linguistic resources department analyses and tests the functioning of software applications available on the market for the creation of terminology databases and translation memories.
